What happens between choosing a room on the board and getting the key. Pass is €29 a month, cancel anytime, and only for the weeks you are hunting.
You pick a room
Open any room on the board. The public asking price, the vacancy note and the operator’s own page are already there. Press Ask about this room.
We draft the letter, you read it first
The letter goes to the operator in Japanese, in your name. Nothing is sent until you approve it in your hunt thread.
To the person in charge, My name is [YOUR NAME]. I am considering a stay of about three months from next month. Could you tell me the current vacancy, and whether a foreign national can sign? Kind regards.
Replies land in your thread
Every reply arrives in Japanese and English. The thread moves through one pipeline, and you pay the operator directly at the end of it.
